Hi Earthling! We really hope you have an easy and positive experience shopping with EARTHMANIA. Please feel free to contact us via email at any time. We are a new and tiny company and your feedback will help us to grow. 

In the meantime, here are some answers to FAQs:

How long will my order take?
We are currently hand packing each order and mailing them ourselves (No kidding!) until we grow big enough to afford a larger operation. You can expect to receive your amazing EARTHMANIA toothbrushes within a week. 

Cancellations & Refunds

    - We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.  

    - We are happy to refund your purchase price or replace your item if your toothbrushes are defective or arrive damaged. Read on...

Damaged Item

If your product arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days at hello@earth-mania.com with: 

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out a replacement free of charge.

Defective Item

Nothing is perfect. While we know these brushes are the bomb, we also know that human and machine error exists. Since these are items we stick in our mouths, we can not accept returns (hee hee) but we will do our best to make things right by offering a replacement item in the rare case of a defect.

Within 30 days, please email us at hello@earth-mania.com with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the defective product.
